Our office is located at Plot No. A1 41 in Viram Khand, which is part of the Gomti Nagar area in Lucknow. We have been here for a good amount of time, watching the city grow and change around us. Bhardwaj Unibuild is a small operation. We don’t have a floor full of people in suits. It is mostly just a few of us trying to manage building projects without too much fuss. Gomti Nagar is quite busy these days, and sometimes getting the trucks in and out of Viram Khand is a real headache because of the narrow lanes and the traffic. We do a lot of residential construction work for people who just want a decent place to live. We handle the materials and the workers and try to keep everything on track. It is not always perfect. Sometimes the sand doesn't arrive on time or the rain stops us for a few days. We don't make big promises that we can't keep. We just tell you what the situation is. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking at site plans. Most of our clients are local folks who have heard about us from their neighbors. We like it that way because it keeps things personal. We are just a local business doing what we know how to do, right here in Uttar Pradesh.
