Our office for Bhadauriya Properties & Developers Llp is located over in Sharda Nagar, specifically at 2/24 Ruchi Khand-1 here in Lucknow. It’s a decent area and we have been settled here for a bit now. We spend most of our time looking at property details and figuring out where the next development project might be. It’s not always exciting work, lots of looking at maps and dealing with local regulations, but it is what we know how to do. Lucknow is growing fast, and we see new houses and shops popping up everywhere around us. We just try to do our part in that process without overcomplicating things. Sometimes things go slow with the paperwork, and other times everything happens at once. That’s just how the property business works in this city. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s more of a small team effort. We like being in Ruchi Khand because it feels like a real neighborhood. When people come to talk to us about land or building something, we just sit down and have a normal conversation. No fancy presentations or anything like that. We just tell them what we can do and what we can't. It keeps things simple for everyone involved. We’ve been around the block a few times and know the local streets well. It’s hard work, but we find it rewarding to see a project actually finish.
