BASK INFRADEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Laxman Vihar, right on Para Road in the Rajajipuram area of Lucknow. It is a lively neighborhood and we have been here long enough to know most of the shortcuts. Our office is a simple setup where we handle the day-to-day of development and infrastructure. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the city, just a group that gets things done correctly. Working in Lucknow has its challenges, like the summer heat or the narrow lanes when you are trying to move a truck. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the supplies are not sitting in a warehouse somewhere else. Our team is small, and everyone does a bit of everything. You might see the same person answering the phone and then heading out to check a foundation an hour later. We do not have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we are working on and show them the progress. It is an honest way to work. Construction is mostly about solving problems as they pop up. Whether it is a plumbing issue or a delay in the bricks, we just figure it out. We like being in Rajajipuram because it feels like home to us. It is where we started and where we plan to stay, just doing the work we know and keeping our word.
