BASITA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is located over at Bhukhand No 1, Khasara No 28 in Mehtabbagh, right by Hussainabad Chowk. If you know that part of Lucknow, you know it’s full of history and very crowded. We work out of a space that reflects that energy. It’s not a shiny new office building. It’s a place that has some character, maybe even a few cracks in the plaster. We like it though. It’s right in the heart of things. We aren't big on formalities here. Most of us just wear comfortable clothes and get to work. There’s always the sound of the city coming through the windows—horns honking, people shouting, the usual Chowk atmosphere. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the practicalities of construction. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the actual sites. We don't have a marketing team to tell us what to say, so we just speak plainly. We are just a local company trying to stay busy and do decent work. Sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming, or the tea runs out, but we just keep going. It’s a grounded way to live. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and we don’t plan on changing how we do things. Just hard work and a bit of patience, really. That’s how we run Basita. We take it one day at a time in Mehtabbagh.
