Baaj Defence Gurukul Private Limited is located at Plot No. C.P.-03 in the LDA Colony on Kanpur Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re coming from the main road in Lucknow. We have a decent-sized space here because we need room for the training and classes we run. It isn't a luxury setup by any means. We have benches, whiteboards, and a lot of energy from the people who come here. Most days, the place is full of folks working hard on their goals. We started this because we wanted to provide a place for people to prepare for defense careers without having to travel too far from home. The LDA Colony is a good area, fairly organized compared to some other parts of town. Our building is practical and simple. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that doesn't help anyone pass an exam. Instead, we focus on the materials and the training sessions. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the Uttar Pradesh heat. We have a small area where we keep our files and where we take our lunch breaks together. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. No one puts on airs here. We're all just trying to get through the syllabus and make sure everyone is ready for what comes next. It’s a lot of long hours, but when you see people making progress, it feels like the effort is worth it.
