Ayaan Infracon Private Limited is located on the third floor of Yusuf Tower in Ehsan Nagar. We are right in the Pani Gaon area, near Bilali Maszid, with the 226016 zip code in Lucknow. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the neighborhood, which is always bustling. We focus on infracon work, which keeps us busy all year round. The office is where the planning happens, but the real work is out on the streets and construction sites. We have a small crew and we all know each other pretty well. It’s not a big corporate setup. We just have our desks and some chairs for when visitors come by. Lucknow is a place that is always changing, and we like being a part of that. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We don't spend time on fancy brochures or advertisements. Most of our work comes from people we have worked with before. We just try to do what we said we would do. Sometimes there are delays with permits or the rain stops everything, but we just wait it out and get back to it when we can. It is a regular job with regular people. We are just trying to do our bit here in Ehsan Nagar and keep the business running as best as we can. It is not always easy but we stay busy.
