You will find Aya Infra Developers Private Limited over at J-204, South City on Raibarelly Road. It is a bit of a drive from the center of Lucknow, but we like it out here. The office is just a regular house that we converted into a workspace. It’s got a small front yard where we sometimes park our bikes. Inside, it is pretty basic with some tables and chairs and a lot of files stacked up against the walls. We deal with building projects all around the 226025 area. Most of the time, the office is empty because we are all out at the sites. Construction is hard work and the sun on Raibarelly Road can be really punishing in the summer. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything fancy to say. We are just a local business. We hire workers from the nearby villages and try to keep things moving. Sometimes we have issues with the water supply or the internet goes down, but we just deal with it. It’s a lot of physical work and talking to contractors. We know the neighbors pretty well and they often stop by for a chat. It’s a friendly enough place. We just focus on the bricks and mortar and try to stay out of trouble. The traffic is getting worse every year, so we spend a lot of time in our cars moving between jobs.
