You can find us on the 4th floor of Universal House. That’s over in Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar. It’s D 187 if you’re looking for the specific building. We focus on land and housing development, which basically means a lot of paperwork and meeting with different officials. The office is usually humming with some kind of activity. There’s always someone coming in or out with maps or permits. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, but we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. Gomti Nagar is a really busy part of the city these days. Everything is growing so fast. We try to keep up with the demand for land and residential spaces. It involves a lot of coordination. Sometimes things get delayed at the government offices or there’s a hiccup with the land titles. We just deal with those things one by one. It’s not glamorous work. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making sure the details are right. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the ups and downs of the real estate market here.
