Our office for AVENIR INFRASTUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED is actually at House No. 645 in the Anandpura Yojna. It’s a bit different from having a shopfront, as we work right out of the house. It keeps things simple and low-key, which is how we like to run things. We focus on infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time planning and then even more time out on the actual job sites. Anandpura Yojna is a quiet enough area to get the thinking work done. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big fancy lobby or a lot of staff in suits. It’s just a regular house where we keep our files and meet up to discuss the day’s tasks. We do the work that keeps the city running, even if most people don’t think about it much. Being in a residential area like House No. 645 means we are close to the community we work in. We’ve been doing this for a while and we’ve learned that being direct and honest is the best way to get things finished. The infrastructure business can be complicated, but we try to keep our part of it as clear as possible. There’s always another project to look at or another site to visit. We just keep plugging away at it from our base here in Anandpura Yojna, doing what needs doing. It’s not always easy but it is definitely interesting work.
