We are based in Vinay Khand, over in the Gomti Nagar area of Lucknow. Our address is B-2/5. If you know Lucknow, you know Gomti Nagar is a pretty popular place these days. We’ve set up our office here to stay close to where all the new housing is coming up. Avaas High Living is a small partnership, and we mostly spend our time dealing with property details and talking to people about where they want to live. The office is a practical space, nothing too flashy. We have some maps on the wall and a lot of files stacked up. It’s a 226010 pin code area, which is easy enough for people to find. We are usually in by ten and stay until the work is finished. It’s not a corporate environment where everyone wears suits. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks. Sometimes we have to run out to site visits, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. We handle the paperwork and the ground work ourselves. Lucknow is a busy city and things change fast, so we try to stay updated on what is happening in Vinay Khand and the surrounding blocks. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things don't go as planned, but we just keep at it. It’s a decent way to work and we like being part of the local community.
