Ateev Infradevelopers Private Limited is located over by New Amity School in Tilak Vihar. We share a space with Prabhunath Jaiswal in the Hasemau Malhaur area of Chinhat. It’s a busy part of town, especially with the school nearby and all the traffic it brings. We started this company because we wanted to be involved in the growth happening around Chinhat. Developing land and infrastructure isn't always a smooth process. There are days when nothing seems to go right, and you’re just chasing after people to get things finished. We don't have a big office with glass windows. Our workspace is pretty simple and functional. Most of the time, we are out in the field looking at sites or meeting with people who live in the area. We know the local landscape pretty well by now. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon to explain what we do. We just look at a piece of land and figure out how to make it better for the people who will live there. Sometimes the paperwork at the local offices takes forever, and we just have to wait it out. We aren't a giant corporation from a big city. We are local folks who understand how things work here in Tilak Vihar. We take things one day at a time, trying to do an honest job without making too much of a fuss about it. That’s just the way we are and we like it that way.
