ATALGOPAL BUILDERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

I run Atalgopal Builders from my office at 1/1021 Ratan Khand in Sharda Nagar. It’s located right on the Raibareli Road side of Lucknow. This is an OPC, so it’s mostly just me managing the whole thing. I’ve been working in the construction business for years, and I finally decided to do things on my own. The office is a simple room where I keep my ledgers and meeting notes. I don't have a bunch of staff or a big marketing budget. Most days, you’ll find me out on a site checking on the progress of a house or meeting with someone about a new project. Sharda Nagar is a growing area, so there is always a wall to be built or a roof that needs fixing. The traffic on Raibareli Road is pretty heavy most of the time, so I spend a lot of my day just moving between different spots in the city. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s good work. I don't use corporate talk or try to sound more important than I am. I just know the building trade and I try to give people a straight answer. If there’s a problem with a site, I just go down there and fix it myself. People in the neighborhood know they can just come by the house if they need to talk to me about a job.
