You can find us at C-593 in Omaxe City. We’re right off Raibarelli Road here in Lucknow. Arshita Construction is a one-person company, mostly, though there are always people helping out on the sites. Being in Omaxe City is convenient for getting to the different parts of Lucknow where we have projects going. It’s a lot of back and forth every day. Construction is one of those things where you think you know how long it will take, but something always changes. We try to handle the planning and the actual building without making too much of a fuss. The office is just a place to keep the documents and take calls. Raibarelli Road is always busy, and so are we. We do houses, repairs, and whatever else comes our way. It’s hard to find good workers sometimes, but we’ve got a decent crew we usually stick with. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just look at the plans and try to get the walls up straight. Lucknow is growing fast, so there is plenty of work if you’re willing to get your hands dirty. We've been at this for a while now. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on material deliveries. It’s not a complicated setup. We just do the work and move on to the next one.
