Arrant Constructions Private Limited is located at Plot No B - 2/21/F, Sector - F, Jankipuram, Lucknow. Jankipuram is a big place, and it took us a while to get settled in this specific sector. Our office is pretty basic, just a room with some filing cabinets and a computer that’s seen better days. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. We’re mostly focused on residential projects in this part of the city. Lucknow is growing fast, but we like to keep things on a smaller scale so we can actually keep track of what’s happening at each site. My partner handles the labor side, and I try to keep the paperwork moving, which is always a struggle with all the different regulations. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build walls, put on roofs, and make sure the plumbing works. The office gets quite hot in the summer because we only have one small fan. We usually end up sitting outside on the porch where there’s a bit of a breeze. It is a quiet way to run a business, and we don't have any plans to change it. We just take one project at a time and try to stay out of trouble.
