We are over at Plot No-5, Kh. No-28, in the village area of Vill-Chak Malhaurichinhat. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which we actually like. Arico Builders & Developers Privatelimited is a small outfit. We do a lot of the hands-on work ourselves. You won't find a receptionist in a suit here. Usually, it’s just one of us sitting at the desk handling the phone calls while the others are out at the sites. We focus on building and developing small plots. The village setting means we know everyone around here. It’s a community feel. We started this because we knew how to build and wanted to work for ourselves. It hasn't always been easy. Some months are very slow and we just wait for the next contract. Other times, we have too much to do. We don't have a polished website or anything like that. We just do the work and let the results talk. If a client is happy, they tell their neighbors, and that’s how we get our next job. We try to be fair with the prices. Materials keep getting more expensive, so we have to watch that closely. Our office in Vill-Chak Malhaurichinhat is a bit dusty because of the nearby construction, but it’s our home base. We keep things honest and simple. No big promises we can't keep. Just plain building work. We just take it one day at a time and keep moving.
