Arbern Infra Developers is located in the Nazarbagh area of Lucknow. Our office is Flat Number 102 at 106/08. Being in the 226001 zip code means we are right in a very central and older part of the city. It’s a busy place with lots of history and narrow lanes. The flat itself is where we handle the administrative side of our infrastructure projects. It’s a modest space, nothing too elaborate. We have our desks set up in the main room, and that’s where all the planning happens. Nazarbagh has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. You can always hear the traffic and the hustle and bustle of the city outside our windows. We do a lot of coordination from here, talking to site managers and checking on material deliveries. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork, to be honest. We aren’t a huge team, so everyone does a bit of everything. If the printer jams, one of us fixes it. If a client comes by, we pull up an extra chair. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We like being in this part of Lucknow because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here, even if the traffic is a nightmare sometimes. It’s a real place with real people working hard. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our projects moving along.
