Ar Mangalam Associates Private Limited is located over at House Amahiya. It is easy to find if you know Shri Rajendra Tiwari’s place, right near where Shriniwas Tiwari stays. It’s a local setup, very much a part of the neighborhood here. We don’t have a big corporate sign or anything like that. Instead, we work out of this house, which keeps things simple and low-key. Working as associates on different projects means we’re often juggling a few things at once. We might be looking over plans one minute and then heading out to meet someone the next. The house is usually full of papers and people coming in for quick meetings. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra overhead of a fancy downtown office. Being in a residential area like Amahiya means we know the people around us. It’s a comfortable environment for us to get our work done. We handle the business side of things, making sure everything is in order for the projects we’re involved with. Sometimes it gets a little crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we prefer this way of doing business. It’s about being accessible and just getting the daily tasks finished. No need for anything more complicated than that. We just show up, do the work, and go from there.
