APRA INFRATECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our small office is tucked away in Vibhav Khand, specifically at E-2/39 here in Gomti Nagar. Apra Infratech (OPC) Private Limited is mostly just a one-person operation at its heart, hence the OPC bit. It gets pretty quiet in the office sometimes, which is good for getting through all the technical stuff. Lucknow is a big city, but our corner of it feels a bit more like a community. I spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out why a delivery is late. It’s not always pretty. Sometimes I’m out in the heat looking at a patch of land, and other times I’m just staring at a computer screen until my eyes hurt. There’s no big corporate vibe here. Just a desk, a couple of chairs, and a lot of files. I started this because I wanted to work for myself and get things done without all the red tape you find in big firms. It's hard work, and the hours can be long, especially when a project is in the middle of a tricky phase. Vibhav Khand is a nice spot to be based. You get to see the local changes first-hand. It’s just about getting the work done and moving on to the next thing. Nothing too complicated about it. It’s just me and the daily grind of the infratech business. I usually have some snacks on the desk for when things get busy.
