Apaiser Infracon Private Limited is set up in Gomti Nagar, specifically in Vastu Khand. If you know Lucknow, you know Gomti Nagar is where a lot of the newer development is happening. Our office at 1/236 is a pretty standard setup where we handle all the infrastructure and construction planning. It’s not a high-rise office or anything, just a practical space to get things done. We deal with a lot of the technical side of building, so there are always blueprints and technical drawings spread across the tables. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but that’s life in a developing area. We have a few people who handle the site visits and a couple of us who stay back to manage the accounts and the legal side of things. It’s a lot of back and forth with the local authorities and suppliers. We don’t really bother with big advertising. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people seeing our sites as they drive past. We just try to keep the projects on track, even when the rain slows things down or supplies get stuck in transit. It’s a straightforward way of working. No big slogans or promises, just daily grind and making sure the foundations are solid. We stay late most nights just to keep up with the paperwork, but that's what it takes to stay on top of the local construction game.
