Anshika Infraestate Private Limited has its office at 48, Shahinoor Colony, located in the Ibrahimpur area of Neelmatha. It is a local neighborhood and our office is right there in the middle of it. We don’t have a big corporate glass building. Instead, we work from this house in the colony where it is easier to talk to people without all the formality. Neelmatha is a busy place and Ibrahimpur has its own character. We spend our days dealing with various infra and estate tasks, which usually means a lot of phone calls and checking on local sites. Our office at number 48 is where we keep all the records and meet up to discuss the next steps for our projects. It is a bit messy sometimes with all the maps and files scattered around, but we know where everything is. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy talk or promotional stuff. We just know the local land and how to get things built around here. People from Shahinoor Colony often see us coming and going at all hours. We try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. It’s just us, a small team working out of a residential colony, trying to make sure our projects are handled the right way. We prefer this direct way of working over anything too polished or corporate.
