Ansal Api

Lucknow gets pretty hot in the summer, especially around where we sit over here in the 226010 area. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, right near Mr. R. S. S. Yadav’s place. It’s a busy part of town, but we like it because we get to see everything happening on the street from our front window. Most days we are just buried in paperwork or talking to people who walk in looking for advice on houses and land. It’s not fancy or anything like those big corporate offices you see in the movies. We have a couple of old desks and chairs that have seen better days, and the tea guy comes by every morning around eleven. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. It feels more like a small community than a workplace most of the time. We know the neighbors and they know us. People stop by just to say hello or ask for directions. We’ve worked hard to keep things going here at Ansal Api in Uttar Pradesh. It’s a lot of long hours, sometimes staying late into the evening when the streetlights come on and the traffic finally starts to thin out. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just show up, do the work, and try to help people out with whatever they need regarding the property stuff. It’s a simple life.
