We started Anantkrishna Infrahousing out of our place in Khurram Nagar. The address is House No- 529K/1375 in Pant Nagar. Most days, it’s just us sitting around the office desk, looking over papers for new construction work. Khurram Nagar is a busy area, so there is always noise outside our windows. We didn't want a fancy corporate office in a high-rise. This house works fine for what we do. People come by to talk about land or how their house project is coming along. Lucknow is getting bigger every day, and we see it happening right from our doorstep in Pant Nagar. We handle the usual infra stuff, nothing too crazy. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It's not a big team here, just a few of us who know the local area well. We’ve been here for a while now. The neighborhood knows us. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to 529K/1375. Usually, someone is here from morning till late evening. We deal with all the paperwork and local permissions that come with housing. It can be a bit slow sometimes, but that’s how things go around here. We just try to get the work done without making it more complicated than it needs to be. That is pretty much all there is to our story at this office.
