We are based over in LDA Colony, right off the Kanpur Road in Sector C-1. Our place at E-51 is where we do most of our work. It is a pretty busy part of Lucknow with all the cars and trucks heading out toward the airport. We work on infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of our time looking at things like pipes, roads, and big machinery. It is not the kind of work that gets a lot of attention unless something breaks. We try to make sure things are done right the first time so that doesn't happen. The team here is small and we have all worked together for a long time. Most days you will find us out in the sun checking on the progress at various sites around the colony or further out in the city. Dealing with all the LDA rules and regulations can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we have learned how to manage it over the years. We do not have any big fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up every day and do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes the heavy monsoon rains slow us down quite a bit, and we end up sitting in the office drinking tea until it stops. It is a basic operation, but we do our best to keep things moving forward as much as possible.
