We are Alaaliya Developers Private Limited and you can find us in the basement of Sainik Plaza. Shop Number 1 is where we keep all our files and meet with the contractors. Adil Nagar is a decent area for us to work out of in Lucknow. It is tucked away a bit, but locals know where the plaza is. Starting a business in a basement means it stays cooler in the summer, which is a big plus during the Lucknow heat. We do a lot of development work, mostly focused around this side of town. It is not always easy keeping everything organized when you have multiple projects going at once, but we do our best. We do not use big words or try to act like we are more than we are. We are just a group of people trying to build things that last. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up at the local government offices, but we just keep pushing through until it is sorted. We have been at this address, 226021, for a while now and the neighbors are good people. Usually, you will see a couple of us heading out to a site early in the morning and coming back pretty late. It is a lot of dusty boots and phone calls. We just handle the daily grind of construction and development without making a big scene about it. We are just local folks doing what we know how to do best in our own neighborhood.
