Our office is over in Balaganj, near Dubagga in Lucknow. It is tucked away at Syed Asghar Ali’s place, numbered 605Kn-247. If you know the area, it is pretty easy to find once you get off the main road and navigate the local streets. We handle a lot of the infrastructure and building work around this part of town. Lucknow is growing really fast these days, so there is always something that needs fixing or putting up. We are not those corporate types who wear suits every single day. Most of the time, we have dust on our shoes from being out at the job sites. It gets very hot out here, especially in the middle of the summers, but the work does not really stop for that. We have spent many afternoons just sitting around a table, talking through how to handle a tricky corner or a foundation issue. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or the rain messing up the schedule, but we just deal with it as it comes. We have been part of this neighborhood for a bit now and know the people living around here. It feels good to see a project finally finished and know we had a hand in making it happen. We do not do big speeches or anything like that. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and then go home to our families. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us.
