Al Khadija Developers Private Limited

Our office is located in New Aliganj on Road N-28. We are right near the Shatabdi Public School, which is quite close to Katari Hill. It is a busy little spot, especially in the afternoons when the school lets out. Al Khadija Developers is run directly from the home of Mumtaz Begum. We do not have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby for people to wait in. People usually find out about us because they know the family or someone else told them we do decent work. We focus on local development, mostly helping people get their homes built or fixing up older structures that have seen better days. It is a lot of coordination with different tradesmen and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. We do not use any high-tech systems to manage our projects. Most of our planning happens on scraps of paper or just by talking things through with the crew. It is a bit old-fashioned, but it works fine for us. Katari Hill is a nice backdrop for our daily grind. We are not looking to become some massive company with hundreds of employees. We just like the work we do and the people we do it for. There are days when things go wrong, but we just stay until the job is fixed. That is how we have always done it.
