Al Ghanim Developers Private Limited sits on the third floor of a building in Indira Nagar, right at 17/1, KH-57. Being up on the third floor in F7 gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we’re just looking at the other buildings nearby. We’ve been in Lucknow for a while and this office is where all the planning happens. It’s not a massive corporate headquarters, just a few rooms where we manage our development projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on site progress. Indira Nagar is a busy spot, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the windows. We don't mind it much. Our team is pretty practical. We focus on the daily tasks like getting permits and making sure the materials arrive on time. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait around to send emails, but that’s just how it goes. We do a lot of walking back and forth between the different desks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to make sure the work we do is decent and follows the local codes. It’s a lot of logistics and hard work, really. Most people in the building know us as the guys who are always coming and going with rolls of paper.
