Akchita Infradeveloper Private Limited is located at 3/160 in Vibhav Khand, Gomati Nagar. We are right here in Lucknow, doing development and infrastructure work. It’s the kind of job where you spend more time on your feet than in a chair. Our office in Vibhav Khand is where we meet to plan things out, but the real work happens elsewhere. We handle a lot of the basic building tasks that keep the city growing. There is nothing very exciting about our day-to-day; it’s mostly just making sure the trucks show up and the bricks get laid. We don't have a big marketing department or any of that. It’s just us, a few desks, and a lot of project files. Being in Gomati Nagar is convenient because we are central to a lot of the new development happening in Lucknow. We see the city changing every day and we are just a small part of that. We focus on being practical and staying on top of the work we have promised to do. The guys here have been in the building trade for a long time, so we’ve seen it all. We don't try to impress anyone with big speeches. We just show up at 3/160, get our instructions, and go out to the sites to see how the development is coming along. It's a lot of manual labor and checking on schedules, but it’s the work we know and we just keep at it every single day.
