We run AKARSH ENCLAVE PRIVATE LIMITED out in Achli Khera Kakora, near Mohanlalganj. It’s a bit outside the main city rush of Lucknow, which we actually prefer. The air is a bit different out here, and it gives us some room to breathe while we work on our land and housing projects. We aren't a big, slick firm from the city center. We're local people who know this area well. Our office is a simple place in the 226303 area where we meet and talk about what needs doing next. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just use that time to talk things over. It's a very hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of time on the actual sites, so the office is often empty until later in the day. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy presentations. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in dusty boots and work shirts. AKARSH ENCLAVE is about building things that last, and that takes time and patience. We don't rush things just to get them done. We'd rather do it once and do it right. It’s a quiet life out here in Mohanlalganj, but we like the work we do and the people we do it with. It’s just us, working hard every day to finish what we started.
