Ajay Builders Engineers & Construction(Opc) Private Limited

I run Ajay Builders Engineers & Construction(Opc) Private Limited from my place at 126 Laxmanpuri Colony. It’s right off Faizabad Road, near the Formative School here in Lucknow. Since it’s a one-person company, I handle just about everything myself. I’m the one you talk to on the phone and the one you see on the construction site. I’ve always liked building things, so after working for others for years, I decided to go out on my own. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster, to be honest. Some weeks there’s too much work to handle and I’m barely sleeping, and other weeks I’m just chasing down payments or looking for the next job. I try to keep things simple. If you need a wall built or a room added, I’m the guy who comes over to look at it. I don't have a big office with air conditioning; I’m usually out in the sun with the workers. Lucknow is growing so fast, especially out this way on Faizabad Road, so there is always a house needing repairs or a new project starting up. I don't use any big words to describe my work. I just try to be fair and do a decent job so people don’t have to call me back to fix mistakes later. It's a lot of responsibility, but I prefer being my own boss and seeing the projects through from start to finish.
