Airy Builders Private Limited is located over at Flat No. A-701 on the 7th floor of Royal Estate Apartment. This is situated in Vrindavan Yojna, right off the busy Raibrely Road here in Lucknow. Being up on the 7th floor gives us a decent view of the surrounding neighborhood, which is mostly a mix of other apartment blocks and new roads. Lucknow is growing really fast in this direction lately. We spend our mornings going over building schedules or talking to the different contractors we use. Raibrely Road always seems to have a lot of traffic, especially with all the new housing schemes being built nearby. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s mostly just a few of us in this office making sure the projects stay on some kind of track. We deal with all the usual stuff builders face, like finding reliable labor and making sure the building materials are up to the right standard. The Uttar Pradesh sun is no joke when you’re out on a site visit in the afternoon. We mostly work around the Vrindavan Yojna area because it is convenient for us. Sometimes the lift in our apartment building is a bit slow, but that is just part of the daily routine. We prefer the quiet of the 7th floor for doing our actual planning and paperwork. We don't try to sound like some big corporate entity. We're just local people building things.
