Airwings Homes Private Limited is our small real estate and housing business located in Lucknow. Our office is at B-1/17 Sector G in the Aliganj area. It’s a decent spot, and we’ve been here for some time now. We mostly spend our time dealing with property details, talking to folks looking for a place, and managing the paperwork that comes with housing. Aliganj is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of movement. Our office is pretty plain—just some desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of documents. We don't use any of those high-pressure sales tactics or corporate lingo. We just tell people what we have available and let them decide. It’s a more relaxed way of doing things. Sometimes it’s quiet and we’re just catching up on filing, and other times the phone won't stop ringing. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions. Being in Uttar Pradesh, we have to deal with the usual local hurdles, but we’re used to it. We aren't some massive developer with thousands of units; we’re just a local team working out of Sector G. We like the personal feel of a smaller business. It allows us to know exactly what’s going on with every client and every project we take on. It’s been a long journey but we’re still here doing our thing.
