Aimluck Infradevelopers Private Limited is set up at Kh No. 538 in the Sitapuram Colony of Uttardhauna, Chinhat. It is on the edge of Lucknow, so it feels a bit more open than the city center. The roads around here are still being worked on, so it can be a bit of a bumpy ride to get to our door. Our office is a simple one-room setup for the most part, with a small area in the back for storing files and supplies. We have a few chairs for visitors and a desk that is always covered in sticky notes. Chinhat is growing fast, and being in Sitapuram Colony puts us right where a lot of the new building is happening. We spend many hours each day talking to the local contractors and trying to figure out the logistics of getting materials to the sites. It’s not always easy, especially when it rains and the ground gets muddy. We don't have any air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that creak a bit when they are on high speed. It’s an honest place where we focus on the practical side of building things. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some boring paperwork, but mostly we try to be home by dinner. It's a quiet neighborhood, and we like being part of the community here as it slowly changes over time. It keeps us quite busy every day.
