Adolf Constructions is located at 64/26, Masjid Lane in the Lalkuwan area of Lucknow. It is an old part of the city with a lot of character and very narrow streets. We’ve been working out of this office for a long time now. It isn't a fancy place, but it works for us. We handle all sorts of construction jobs around Lucknow. Most of our day is spent talking to workers or checking on the price of steel and cement. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished website. We mostly get work through word of mouth and by being around for years. The 226001 area can be very crowded, so getting materials delivered is sometimes a bit of a headache, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just try to be fair and get the job finished. We don't use any corporate talk here. If something is going to take two weeks, we say it’ll take two weeks. It is a very direct way of doing business. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We’ve seen the city change a lot from our spot in Masjid Lane. Even though things are moving faster these days, we still try to do things carefully. We are just local people building things in our own city. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it, and we happen to like it.
