ADHYANT PROJECTS AND CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is actually a house, number 3/469 in Vishal Khand. Being in Gomti Nagar means we are in a part of Lucknow that has grown a lot lately. Adhyant Projects and Construction Private Limited operates from here, and it feels more like a home than a sterile business environment. We have converted the rooms into workspaces, so there is a kitchen where we make coffee and a main area where most of the talking happens. It is nice being in a residential area because you don’t have the constant roar of heavy traffic right outside the window. You mostly hear the neighbors or the occasional vegetable vendor passing by. We have a small sign out front so people can find House No. 3/469, but it isn't very large. Inside, things are a bit cluttered with blueprints and site plans. We aren't the type of people to worry about having everything perfectly lined up on our desks. As long as we can find what we need, it’s fine. Working out of Vishal Khand gives us a bit of peace to actually think about the construction projects we are handling. It is a straightforward setup with a few computers and some sturdy chairs. We don’t go in for fancy meetings; we just sit around and discuss what needs to happen next. It is a quiet, steady way to run things in this part of town.
