We are based over at Flat No UGF-01 in the Suman Apartment building, which is right in Sarvodaya Nagar. It’s a busy little area, and we’ve been working from this office for a while now. The team here is mostly just a few people who know the local neighborhood well. When we started Adarsh & Ananya Developers Private Limited, we didn't have much of a plan other than getting some projects off the ground. Most days you’ll find us sitting around the desk dealing with paperwork or out at a site making sure things aren't falling behind. Sarvodaya Nagar has changed a lot since we moved in, and we try to keep up with how things are growing around here. It's not always easy because construction has its own set of headaches like rain or material delays, but we just get on with it. We don't really do the fancy corporate stuff you see in big cities. Our office in Suman Apartment is pretty basic, just a place to meet and talk about what needs doing next. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to ask questions about the work, and we just tell them how it is. We handle the development side of things and try to make sure the buildings we work on actually stand up and look alright for the folks who live there. That is about the long and short of it for our small operation here in the city.
