Abhavya Infratech is located at H.N.1, Sarjoo Prasad Dixit Bhawan. We are right in the Arjunganj Bazar on Sultanpur Road. It’s a very busy road with a lot of trucks and cars going by all the time. Because it’s a one-person company setup, things are kept very simple here. I spend most of my time either on the phone or out checking on small construction jobs. The office is part of the Bhawan, so it has a very home-like feel to it. There isn't a team of salespeople or a big staff. It's just me and a few workers I hire for specific tasks. Being in the bazar means there is always something happening outside. Sometimes it’s hard to hear over the traffic, but you get used to it after a while. I handle all the paperwork and the site visits myself. It’s a lot of responsibility, but it means I know exactly what is going on at every stage of the project. People around Arjunganj know where to find me if they need something done. I don't go for big advertisements or anything like that. Most of my work comes from people seeing what I’ve already built nearby. It’s just regular, everyday infra work. I keep my ledger updated, talk to the suppliers, and make sure the bricks are delivered on time. That is how the day goes.
