We have been working out of our office at 142/1 in Chander Nagar, Alambagh for a while now. Lucknow is home for us, and that’s where we handle all our development projects. It is a busy area, but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood and the people around here. Aashrayam Developers LLP isn't a massive corporate machine. We are just a team of people trying to build things that last. Most days, you’ll find us looking over plans or dealing with the usual headaches that come with construction. It isn't always pretty, and things go wrong sometimes, but we figure it out. We don’t have fancy brochures or a PR team writing for us. It’s mostly just hard work and getting the job done. Being in Uttar Pradesh means we deal with a lot of different weather and site conditions, which keeps things interesting. If you pass by Chander Nagar, you’ve probably seen our spot. We try to keep it simple. We don't use big words to describe what we do because building shouldn't be that complicated. We take on a project, see it through, and move on to the next one. It's how we’ve always operated. Some days are longer than others, especially when supplies are late or the rain hits Lucknow hard, but we stay at it. That is basically who we are, just local folks working in the building trade.
