Our office is at 76-B, Chandganj Garden, in the Sector-A area of Aliganj. It’s a nice part of Lucknow with a lot of trees and families living nearby. Aashi Associates Private Limited has been based here for a while, and we’ve grown to like the rhythm of the neighborhood. The office itself is quite simple—just a couple of rooms where we keep our computers and all the project files. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy lobby. Most people who come to see us are people we’ve worked with before or friends of friends. We deal with various associate tasks and business projects, so there is always someone coming in to sign a paper or discuss a plan. It gets a bit busy around mid-morning when everyone has had their first cup of chai and the phones start ringing. We aren't a corporate giant with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team of local folks who know Aliganj inside and out. Sometimes we sit out on the porch area to talk if the weather is nice. We try to keep things very down-to-earth and honest. If a project is going to take time, we say so. We don’t believe in making things sound better than they are. Working in a place like Chandganj Garden keeps us connected to the community, which is exactly how we like it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense office where we just focus on the work.
