You can find us at Shop No. 1 in the Kunwar Complex, located in the Katra area of Banda. It is a straightforward little shop where we handle all our infratech business. Being in a complex like this means we have neighbors who are running all sorts of different businesses, so there is always a lot of chatter and activity in the hallways. Banda is a place where you have to be practical to get things done. We do not have a big fancy office with glass walls; it is just a regular shop where we meet with people and talk about their construction or infrastructure needs. Most of our clients are locals from the 210001 area. We spend a lot of time on site, making sure that whatever we are working on is moving along as it should. The paperwork side of things can be a bit of a headache, but we manage it from our desk in Katra. We do not go for any big marketing schemes or anything like that. People know where we are, and if they need help with a project, they just walk into the shop. It is a simple way to run things. We have been in this spot for a while now, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the complex.
