Aadhyavi Skills India is tucked away in Khurram Nagar, specifically on Sant Kabir Line. If you know the area, it’s 529Ka/197. We’ve been set up here in Lucknow for a while. The street is usually narrow and sometimes finding a parking spot is a real headache. Our office isn't one of those glass buildings you see in the big business parks. It’s more like a house turned into a workspace. We have a few rooms where we do the training. The staff consists of just a handful of us who live nearby. We usually start the morning with some chai and talk about what needs to get done. We teach different skills to anyone who signs up. It’s mostly local young people looking for a start. We have some old chairs and a few whiteboards that have seen better days. It doesn't look like much, but it works for us. The internet acts up sometimes when it rains, which is frustrating. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find us because their cousin or friend came here before. We just try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a quiet life here most of the time. We don't have any corporate uniforms or anything. We just wear what we have and get to work every day.
