A N John Beauty Parlour & Training Centre is at S 12 in Gole Market. That is over in the Mahanagar part of Lucknow. It is quite easy to spot us because we are right near the parking area and the Awadh Gas Agency. We do both beauty services for customers and training for people who want to learn the trade. Because of the training, you will often see students practicing how to do things the right way. It makes for a very busy atmosphere. Mahanagar is always moving and we are right in the thick of it. The 226006 area is where we spend all our hours. We started this place because there was a real need for a spot where people could actually learn. It is not just about doing hair or putting on makeup for us. It is about teaching the skills. The shop itself has been in Gole Market for a long time. We know the people working at the gas agency quite well by now. Sometimes the parking lot gets completely full, which is a bit of a problem for everyone, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We keep our equipment simple and functional. People come from all over Lucknow to see us. We don't have any corporate office or anything. It’s just us drinking tea and working through the day.
