Our office is tucked away at C/O Neha Falki in Badhshah Nagar Badel. It’s more of a residential-feeling spot than a big glass office building, which suits us just fine. 7 Story Buildcon Private Limited is run by a small group of people who just like to see projects through from start to finish. Neha and the rest of us spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the dusty streets where the actual building is happening. Badhshah Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over time. We aren't flashy people. We wear boots that are usually covered in mud or cement dust. The office has a few old desks and some blueprints pinned to the walls. We don't use fancy words or try to impress anyone with big talk. We just focus on the job at hand. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when the rains turn the sites into a mess, but we just wait it out and get back to work as soon as we can. It’s a lot of manual coordination and making sure the supplies show up when the truck driver says they will. We like the local feel of being based here. It feels honest to work where people actually live. We just keep our heads down and try to get the work done. It takes time, but it's worth it in the long run.
