We are 5G NAYANTARA DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED and we work out of Khasra No 134 in Nizampur, which is near Malhaur in the Chinhat area. It is a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes, but this is where the actual work happens. The location is quite specific, and we deal mostly with land and development in this part of the city. Our office is not some high-rise building; it is a practical space where we can meet and talk about projects. Chinhat is growing fast, and being in Malhaur means we see the changes happening every day. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or checking on sites. When we are in the office, it is usually to sort out the legal bits or handle the accounts. We are local people who understand how things move in this specific pocket of the region. There is a lot of dust and noise sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but that is just how it is. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just develop property and try to keep our projects on track. The team is small, and we all know each other well. We have a kettle for tea and some old chairs, and that is about it for the office setup. We just focus on getting through the daily to-do list and making sure the boundaries are marked right.
