Our place is at number 57 in Talabpura. If you are familiar with Lalitpur, you probably know the area quite well. Shipraa Farmers Producer Company Limited started because a few of us here in Uttar Pradesh wanted to handle our farming business better. The office is right there in the 284403 postal area. It is a basic setup where we meet and talk about the crops and the seasons. Lalitpur has its own way of doing things, and we try to stick to that local rhythm. We are not fancy people. Most days you will find us wearing our regular work clothes and talking about the rain or the price of supplies. Working as a producer company means we have to talk to a lot of different farmers around Talabpura. We spend a lot of time just sitting and figuring out the best way to get things to market. It is a lot of practical, hands-on work. Sometimes the building gets a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once, but we make it work. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us and our neighbors. We take things one day at a time and try to keep the business running smooth for everyone involved. It’s a quiet life in this part of Lalitpur, but there is always plenty of work to do on the farm. We are just a group of locals trying to do right by each other. We stay busy.
