Ladwari Shree Nirbhay Producer Company Limited is located in the Lalitpur district. Specifically, we are over in Ladwari and you can find us with Lakhan Kumar. Being in the Bardistt area means we are surrounded by a lot of other farmers who are doing the same work as we are. We set this up because we wanted to have a bit more control over how our produce is handled. It is not always easy being a producer in this region, as the conditions can be quite tough on the crops. Lakhan Kumar handles a lot of the day-to-day things from his place in Ladwari. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of employees, just a local group of guys who understand what it takes to grow things in this soil. We talk about the weather a lot because it dictates everything we do. When you come by, it is usually just us sitting around talking about the next season and what we need to buy or sell. It’s a very practical way of living and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just trying to stay afloat and help the other farmers in Ladwari do the same. There is a lot of history in this land and we feel like we are just continuing what our fathers did, but maybe in a slightly more organized way through this company. We focus on the daily chores and the harvest.
