Mahaan Exports

Mahaan Exports operates out of C-79 on Mirabhayander Road in the Miraroad East area. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy the main road gets with all the commuters and the local shops. Our unit is part of a larger complex, and we spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of moving goods in and out of such a crowded neighborhood. The office is fairly basic. We have some white-topped desks and a few chairs that do not quite match. There is always a stack of shipping documents that needs someone's attention. Because we are on Miraroad, we are used to the noise of the traffic and the nearby shops. The air is always a bit humid, and we have a couple of standing fans that we move around depending on where people are sitting. We do not have a lot of space for extra things, so every corner is used for storing samples or packing materials. Most of our day is spent communicating with people far away, so there is a lot of typing and checking the clock for different time zones. We take our breaks by walking down to the main road to get some fresh air, though it is never really quiet out there. It is a practical place to work, and we have gotten used to the fast pace of the Mirabhayander area over the years.
