Sidr Craft

Sidr Craft is situated at Ashiyana, right there in the middle of Khatri Chowk. It is a very lively part of the city, and there is always something interesting happening right outside our front door. We work on various types of crafts here, and almost everything is done by hand. The workspace is usually a bit of a mess with different materials, colorful threads, and various tools scattered across the tables, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We don't really go for that clean, empty look you see in those big modern design firms. This is a creative space, and we think creativity is naturally a bit messy. The name Ashiyana means home in our language, and that is really what this place feels like for the small team we have working here. We spend our days making things, and sometimes we fail and have to start the whole thing over. That is just part of the daily process for us. We do not have a complicated corporate strategy or anything like that. We just try to make items that look decent and feel right to the touch. People from around the neighborhood often pop their heads in to see what we are currently working on. We like having the company. Khatri Chowk is a great place to be because everything we need is just a short walk away. We get our supplies from the local markets and eat nearby.
