Pattikonda Vegetable Farmers Producercompany Limited

We are located at H No 1-49 in Hosur Village. It’s a small community and everyone knows everyone else’s business. We operate the Pattikonda Vegetable Farmers Producercompany Limited from this simple house. There isn't a big sign or anything like that. You just look for the place where the trucks stop to unload. The Hosur village roads can be a bit bumpy, especially after a heavy rain. We have a small office space inside with some old metal cabinets and a wooden desk that's been around for years. Most of our time is spent talking to the vegetable growers about their yield and the market. It’s not fancy work. We get dirt on our shoes and the floors are rarely clean for long. We use a lot of handwritten notes because it’s easier than typing everything out. The atmosphere is very casual. Someone might be napping on a charpai outside while waiting for a delivery. We don’t have a dress code; we just wear what’s comfortable for the farm work. The village is quiet most of the time, except for the sound of the birds and the occasional motor. We just handle the vegetable side of things for the local folks. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and maybe a picture of a local deity. That’s the reality of our Hosur village office.
