Dadi Chenani English Medium School

If you are driving down Enikepadu Main Road, you will see us right near the Union Bank. It is a busy stretch of road in the Nidamanuru part of Vijayawada, especially during the morning rush when everyone is heading to work. The school is at 11-52/B, a simple building that fits right in with the other shops and houses around here. Being an English medium school in this specific area means we deal with a lot of local families who want their kids to pick up the language early. The rooms are basic, just desks and blackboards and some posters on the walls that the teachers put up. It gets a bit dusty because of all the traffic on the main road, but we try to keep things tidy enough. There is not a huge playground, so the kids mostly stay in the halls or the small open space we have during their breaks. You can hear the bank customers talking outside sometimes while the lessons are going on. It is a very normal, everyday kind of place. Most of us who work here have been doing this for years, so we know the local faces well. We do not have fancy gadgets or anything, just the usual books and some chalk. The days go by fast when you are keeping track of so many students. We just focus on the daily lessons and making sure everyone shows up on time. It is a solid, honest school.
